- In your opinion, defining a bus route within a neighborhood and identifying the various bus stops along the route is better achieved by: "Planning Experts" or "Informed Participation" from the neighbors Please give one or two reasons for your answer:
- It needs to be through informed participation of the neighbors. All neighbors should be represented. The neighbors know what their true needs are, and they live around the bus stops, but the planning experts can provide feedback on the effects of the people's ideas. You must have the experts and preferably a simulation, so that you can demonstrate to people when their ideas don't work.
