- In your opinion, defining a bus route within a neighborhood and identifying the various bus stops along the route is better achieved by: "Planning Experts" or "Informed Participation" from the neighbors Please give one or two reasons for your answer:
- I feel like informed participants would do better at defining bus stops since they are actually the ones using the buses. It is hard for someone looking in at a top down perspective to anticipate the needs of all the users, whereas the users themselves actually experience the issues firsthand and know what they need to be accommodated.
