In your opinion, defining a bus route within a neighborhood and identifying the various bus stops along the route is better achieved by: "Planning Experts" or "Informed Participation" from the neighbors Please give one or two reasons for your answer:

Informed participation. Some members of the community, such as myself, do not use the bus. My home in Gunbarrel is basically a vacation home and I dislike excessive noise and crowds. It is important that this is taken into account and a "planning expert" would not know to consider this.
