In your opinion, defining a bus route within a neighborhood and identifying the various bus stops along the route is better achieved by: "Planning Experts" or "Informed Participation" from the neighbors Please give one or two reasons for your answer:

People living within the neighborhood should have the right to criticize and influence the decision of the various bus stops because it affects the environment of where the person is living. After working, the person should not have to deal with constant loud, obnoxious sounds of a bus or the commotion of the passengers being made while waiting for the bus if there is a better alternative. He/she should have the right to a peaceful and quiet neighborhood because of buying a house at that specific location.
