- In your opinion, defining a bus route within a neighborhood and identifying the various bus stops along the route is better achieved by: "Planning Experts" or "Informed Participation" from the neighbors Please give one or two reasons for your answer:
- Planning a bus route cannot be done well without both participation and experts. In the end, people who use the bus and who live in the neighborhood are the ones who are impacted the most by a bus route, so expert planners alone cannot know all of the needs of the community. However, without expert planners, people will always want their own personal needs met and will have trouble reaching a consensus that benefits everyone the most.
