Tool for Living, becoming more conscious and changing your environmental impact. Like walking, biking and taking the bus more places. Make the user feel more connected to the environment, and compares them to other locals making them more competitive in their impact effort.

Have a large number of features

People do only know a small subset of the existing features

Problems with High Functioning Applications

            Users don’t know about tools           

            Users don’t know how to access tools

            Users don’t know how to use tools

Challenging research problems

            Identify user goals from low level interactions

Domain oriented tools

            The technological expertise of the computer scientists making these systems must be matched or exceeded by their knowledge of people and their capabilities
