Also, the topics are fairly wide spread -- this diversity in interests should allow for interesting in-class discussions. 33: 1.1.1.1 Problems (or not?) 34: * A few people haven't linked their assignments from their individual profile pages. If you are one of them: Please do so now! :) 35: * Quite a few people didn't seem to like the idea to describe the topics in only one or two sentences and/or added information on how they personally relate to or think about the topics. While this wasn't asked for and thus won't have any influence on grades or so, I thought that it often made for a more interesting reading (especially for people that were reading all the answers :) 36: 1.1.1.1 Possible Discussions 37: Looking at the responses, it seems that there are few things that might be worth discussing in class. 38: * What is an interface? In the definitions of HCI there seemed to be ambiguity about what an interface is or is not. 39: * What is an wikipedia-article? How can it be cited? 40: 41: 42: 1.1.1 How to Respond 43: To respond to this assignment: 44: * create a page linked into your profile with a name that is indicative that it is assignment one and with some indication of the authors 45: ** to create a page using the "link method" put the name of the document prefixed with "DSSF2008." between square brackets. Example: \[DSSF2008.PageName-YourName\] When you save-and-view your profile, you can click on the link to the page and it will create a new page in the course space. 46: ** you can also create the page using the create panel on the left. Again, prefix it with "DSSF2008." Example: DSSF2008.PageName-YourName \\ You will still have to put the link where you want it eventually using the square bracket syntax. 47: * tag this page with the tag: "a1" (it will then appear in the list below) 48: 49: 1.1.1 Responses 50: #set($sql = ", BaseObject as obj, DBStringListProperty as prop where obj.name=doc.fullName and obj.className='XWiki.TagClass' and obj.id=prop.id.id and prop.id.name='tags' and ('a1' in elements(prop.list) or 'A1' in elements(prop.list)) and doc.space = '${doc.getSpace()}' order by doc.name asc") 51: #set ($list = $xwiki.searchDocuments($sql)) 52: #includeInContext("XWiki. Results")
