Good job. Very good point about the usage side of meta-design environments! I know you're already looked into the comparisons in terms of trustworthiness and coverage between Wikipedia and Encyclopedia Britannica, so I won't point to those; on more thing you could look at in this context is the work from Ed Chi et al coming out of PARC, especially the Wiki-Dashboard. Could be interesting and relevant for your project.
