Good work. However, your definition of meta-design is a little vague and actually seems quite different from how you describe/use the concept of meta-design in the later parts of the response. Is meta-design really just about 'Users will discover needs and preferences that the original designers did not anticipate, simply by using the product. These new findings provide new knowledge for future products or systematic upgrades.'? I think this definition is missing that users can make changes to the original design/system.
