- the instant visibility of relative size each building would be next to each other

- it automatically did the square footage calculation

- no fast way to calculate square footage

- when zoomed in, it only calculates the buildings visible the buildings which already exist were editable so not realistic

- allowed for faster discussion amongst group gave more of an idea about parking issues

- allowed for a floor view of building sizes allowed for everyone how much of the view would be taken up so we could discuss what was important

- the grid on the EDC needs a little more calibrating. if a building is on gridlines the pieces would be more recognizable if they were different shapes
