When designing SketchUp how do you balance usability with functionality? With a product and company that prides itself on being both, it would seem there is a balance between the two aspects. However, when do you decide to sacrifice one for the other?

3. 3D Warehouse

Are there any plans to adapt and expand the 3D Warehouse to a broader range of applications outside of SketchUp and Google Earth? Having a repository of images is extremely useful but with all of the images based in .skp the only developers are using SketchUp. It would seem the image base and the community would greatly benefit if the images created could be exported to a broader range of applications.
