4. Why are you interested in taking this course?

I really enjoyed the Digital and Social Systems Foundations class last semester and thought that it would be great to be part of the follow up class. Also, this class fills one of my comp sci requirements.

5. What courses / work activities / background knowledge do you have which might be relevant to this course?

DSSF, have been working on some software projects, am an art major, ATLAS

C++ Java Perl shell scripting LSL have worked a bit with PHP and SQL starting to learn OpenGL

8. What do you hope and expect to learn from this course?

I hope to have great discussions in class that make me think more creatively and problem solve more effectively. Also, I am eager to learn others perspectives on issues as we have a very diversified class with multiple backgrounds.
