Project: More Powerful Learning Support for High-Functionality Environments
(example: Google-SketchUp) Users acting as active contributors to the 3D Warehouse and Google Earth need to learn a highfunctionality environment such as SketchUp (you can also take a look at: Project Spectrum - www.google.com/educators/spectrum)This project would further improve some of the currently available learning support mechanisms (including video tutorials, tool tips, status prompts, and user forums) by focusing on providing dynamic, context-sensitive help environments, and observe its impact on user participation and contribution.
