- In your opinion, defining a bus route within a neighborhood and identifying the various bus stops along the route is better achieved by: "Planning Experts" or "Informed Participation" from the neighbors Please give one or two reasons for your answer:
- Planning experts have a much better idea of all the elements that need to be considered when planning a route such that it can be optimized for Noise, Safety, Privacy, Cost, Efficiency, Accessibility. While informed participation is an important element to this design the trained experts still know best.
