- Can you talk a little bit about the challenges associated with developing applications for low literacy populations? I'm interested to know how image-based interfaces handle subtleties of categorization, such as food preparation that may have a large impact on nutrition/health (baked versus grilled, skin-off vs skin-on chicken, sirloin vs chuck hamburgers, low vs regular sodium soups, etc...)
