I was interested also about the move to encourage female participation in engineering. Do you think girls are actively discouraged from pursuing interests in engineering? If so, how do you "market" an alternative view? (I know these are big topics, just interested in your informed thoughts on the matter as I work in technology and have a young daughter) Thanks!
