I think we actually have to meet for this:

1. identify parts of the project and an initial role distribution among your team members

1. what she/he plans to do to get started on the project

**Leon, I think you are going to be the last person will edit the page. It seems like number 1 is basically retelling of number two of the second section.**

**So please summarize what everyone will do for the initial stage of the project. By the way, my idea for the first section would be: Learn the general view of how people gets motivated to participate. Andrew and mine for section two are uploaded. **

 Jason Cockerham - I found it interesting that a larger percentage of Germans vote than U.S. Americans.  Also, I think it was something like 10 hours of video is uploaded to you tube every minute.  I wonder: why a larger percentage of Germans vote?  How does you tube compare with other meta design sites? Why?  The answers to these might be in one or several of the bullet points.  We wont know until we research it.  On these topics we could start with finding statistics for percentage of voters actually voting in various countries.  We could start with Germany, U.S., and Australia.  Then we could interview people to find out why they do or don't vote.  If anybody knows people that live in Australia or Germany, that would be helpful.  Of course there might be a better way to find out the reasons.  Same kind of thing for meta design sites, get stats, then interview people trying to find out why people contribute.  As it was said after class, for the project we could start with an overview of the three layers and go in depth for the third layer.
