I am not sure how difficult it would be, but I would guess "not possible in such a short time". I am not sure what you mean by "online contributions"?
However, I don't know if you need any approval as long as you are not planning to use the data in/for any publications. Again, no guarantee, but I think I remember something like that.

With your perspective, we decided that since we weren't publishing the results, we were fine.
